Troy Murphy spurned the Heat and signed with the Boston Celtics after being bought out by the Warriors. Damn Troy we get it, your Irish. First, your last name is Murphy, as in Dropkick Murphys, an Irish rock band that makes you wanna kill someone when your drunk, or just get even more wasted. Next, you were a standout at Notre Dame. If your not sports illiterate then you know the mascot for ND is the Fighting Irish... strike 2 for Troy. And the cherry on top, Troy signs with the Boston Celtics. It's almost as if he played sorta bad thus far in his career and orchestrated the Celtics trades himself just so he could end up with Boston and become the most Irish basketball player ever. So heres to you Troy, if you can help the Celts get banner 18 then I'm sure some grimy Southie pub will always have a Guinness ready and a sandwich named after you. Shit I bet he even knows that psycho prayer the Boondock Saints say right before they off someone. Get some culture in your life Troy.
PS- Other than James Jones winning the 3pt competition, have the Heat beat the Celtics in anything this year? I mean they're 0-3 against them and they just lost a key big man to the Celts.
